We already pay $2.29 per gallon here in Key West......i've seen more people on mopeds than cars in the last few weeks...LOL.

Gas is always high down here tho because of the transport.

Don't worry..it will go up..LOL. It was low here in keywest a few weeks ago (about $1.87..that is low for us) ..and now BOOM $2.29.

people need to stick together, have millions of us in the USA and Canada say: "Look, we're not gonna work or drive anywhere until the f*cking prices drop. end of discussion" that would REALLY stir the pot. But, most of us don't have the balls to stand up for what's right so it will never happen.

the curve is speeding up because HUmmers and gas guzzling SUVs are so popular the last 5 years.

We are using way more fuel now then ever.

Thank GOD someone else realizes this. The oil WILL run out. It's an absolute certainty. Also, with China industrializing as fast as it is, the oil is only going to run out faster.

We need to figure out an alternative source of energy...and quickly...or we're going to be sent back into the dark ages by 2050.

Thank God humans can adapt.
