If you have the center tube of a roll of toilet paper, cut a little hole in it and take a small square of aluminum foil (bad for you though) and mold it into a little bowl, insert it in the hole in the cardboard tube roll thing and poke little holes in it with a needle or something small.
Then just cover one end of the tube with the palm of your hand when you toke up.
