anyone do the t-shirt on demand thing? Anyone know one that works with in the UK as well?

if you pay that small cafe press fee it gets a lot better, the free version sucks

Yea every product I've seen from Cafe Press is cheap crap... it'd be nice to find something with good quality, small run embroidery would be cool.

You cannot really have better quality printing ... Maybe base shirts but you can't print well without doing a batch work .
The only way to get something going would be to ask the guy selling to pay a upfront fee for the shirts and print 25 at a time.
