Q about chargebacks

if a person places chargeback does it affect that persons credit history in any way?

It has no affect on their credit.

I would say it depends. If there's enough proof that the chargeback is 'friendly-fraud' meaning, you claim you didn't purchase something when you did, then the company you are disputing the charge with may opt to send the bill to a collection agency which in turn can affect your credit if unresolved.

It doesn't affect it immediately but every time you dispute a transaction it will go in your file and there will come a point where the card issuer will make a decision on your suitability to continue having their credit card. At this point it can affect you.

you can list their credit card number into black list. Allmost all billings have it.

Most chargebacks just go into card scrubbing databases and then they'll reject that card next time the person wants to use it.
