Definityly time to sell if everyone is say buy.

If you buy real estate, buy the cheapest house in the most expensive neighborhood you can afford. Put some sweat equity into it. You can make money short term by flipping or long term by holding and renting.

But learn to trade stocks or even better F/X. Don't put your money in until you've learned how to trade.
