rub alot of pressure on the L part of your left hand.... not on the skin part... but about 1/2 inch into it.. keep your hand in L shape and hold it like that so its tight... do it in a circle motion for like 10mins .... some old lady told me that, it worked for me but i dont know if its just a mind thing or just something else... give it a shot.. if not go take some nytequil and call it a night

edit: use your right hands index finger at the palm side and your thumb to rub it... put alot of pressure

I use Imitrex. Pills now, but it used to be a shot. I liked the injection stuff better. It worked a bit quicker, but the experience wasn't all that great.

Weed also helps.

A dark room and an ice pack always adds to the enjoyment.

it might be a vertebre out of place..

when I got a migraine at work and blacked out and almost fainted.. the doc I was working for at the time took me into an examination room and checked my neck.. a vertebre slipped out of place. He did some massage and popped it back in. I was headache free for months.

Maybe I should go back to working for a chiropractor.

Get wasted and go to sleep. Only thing about that is the headache comes back in the morning...
