Why do Canadians brag about health Care being free when I have heard from folks on this board say the free helth care sucks ass, like it does here in the US and if you have money you still get better medical, like it is here.

NOTHING is free in this world, nothing.

Not knocking it, but if Mr Illegal Alien in America has a heart attack while cutting your grass, he gets free hostpital time too ;)

exactly, this is what I have read.

If you are seriously ill, suck it up because you wont get the treatment you need.

Heath Care is not the best in Canada but, I'll tell you that everytime I've been sick or my family has been sick we got taken care of free of charge. Even saved my Dad's life. So it isn't all that bad in my books.
