Go for it! Just be prepared to spend a lot of money. Also, you'll need to pull a few all nighters from the amount of keyword analyzing you'll be doing, but it's probably worth it in the end!

nite, it's good to hear from someone who knows adwords. it seems like people constantly bash it. honestly, i dont know how to make a profit from anything BUT adwords! :)

It shouldn't be your only form of PPC Advertising, but it's definitely a good choice. Organic SE results aren't that tough to pull off, like AdWords, it takes a lot of time and patience to finally find the correct sequence of keywords or and content to use.

AdWords is far more powerful than people realize. As an advertiser I love hearing about failed campaigns from competitors that just have zero patience, and would rather pay more for less. I think Overture makes more money on small time failed AdWords advertisers than any of their marketing ploys yet.

cool! He is not saying that it's a backdoor into the site. He's
saying "there is a door, to walk thru it you need credit card". Also
probably picks up a lil SE traffic for "free backdoor".

It's his job to get the surfer excited and send them to the
paysite. The paysite will have the exact amounts and trial lengths
on their join page. Why would he waste his traffic by telling them
the price on the first page??? That'd be crazy!

Any non-learning disabled surfer would know the score by the
time they've signed up. Chargebacks would be an indicator of this
and as we all know they can't get over 1-2% depending on the
zone.

them money for xmas.

This site takes the surfers hand and tells them exactly how to go
to a paysite and signup. Very elegant and to the point. In some
ways it's a bit of a more advanced type of marketing compared to
just inserting banners and the stuff you're probably used to.
Takes creativity, thought and knowledge of how people think.

Hope with fresh eyes in the morning you learn something from
this rather then being upset about nothing.

By learn from this I don't mean clone it either. These sites kicked
off when Napster was shutdown and people were looking for
alternatives.... You'd do better to be yet more original.

I'm making about $700 a week right now on the side without using any slick tactics. That may not sound like a lot to some people, but for a kid in college its a fortune.

Maybe I need to just start scamming people. I'm NOT SAYING napster-of-porn is scamming people...but there are a TON of websites that have been around for awhile now that are tricking people into signups, and the sponsors dont do squat because it's probably making them some nice coin.

But this is GFY, so we should probably just say "fuck the poor surfer who just got his computer and wants some porn!" Live and learn, but I just feel dirty tricking someone into something just so I can jump in and make 20 bucks.

My conversions are GREAT and I tell people that they are going to be paying! We all have different marketing techniques. Maybe I should look into doing something similar.

Almost every site I have if you type in the name, or even my name on google i get slammed with nasty dollars sponsors. I dont know how the affiliates do it. Anyway i'm writing them later today to see if I can get it resolved.

Dude, why would you go into the TGP scene after doing well in AdWords? That's just plain silly.

I've noticed that the Porndollar sites at the bottom offers a free three day trial. But when I go to Porndollar's site, I see no mention of an affiliate being able to offer free trials.

So whoever it is that is doing it is in the "in" with the companies. And when I mean "in", he probably goes out and has drinks and gets his dick sucked at the strip clubs with the owners of those companies.

He is also breaking adwords TOS, cause he's advertising on google with the words "All Free" but his landing page links to sites with words like this "Free for $1.85" or "Free For A Dollar!". What's free on these links?
He also links to sites with dialers on the join pages which is against googles editorial guidelines since 2 month.

How does he do it?

Simple, the same way almost every (dishonest) adult program is set up. All of the free trials either need to be cancelled 24 hours before end of free trial, or else they rebill at full price AND they have all multiple prechecked "bonus" trials that also need to be cancelled 24 hours prior.

And where will you find this information? About 3/4 of the way through the Terms & Condtions, after alot of other legal mumble jumble...pretty much guaranteeing that the poor surfer will never see it.

So, he isn't breaking any TOS rules. Almost all of the adult programs are purposely set up this way to rip off the consumer. Yep, welcome to the world of fraud!
