Its great if you want a heavy, large bore hand cannon that shoots pretty good.
Not so great if you plan on carrying it around.

Want some fun shooting?
 Freedom Arms Casull .454, this one here has a 4 3/4 inch barrel, but the one I'd really love is their U.S. Marshal model with a 3" barrel.
