whell i dont know how to say what kind it is in english
but its muskelfästes inflammation so any swedish people here that can translate be my guest

i got it in my shoulder or how the fuck you spell it ahha
been hurting for 2 weeks before i when to the doctor
got some shit for it and was sick for 2 weeks dident help

when there 2 days ago got a shot in my shoulder and now i can use my arm for 72 hours more and after that take it very very easy for 2 more weeks

i got it beacuse i was working whit the same things all the time same movments and heavy lifting
