What do you use to crop
I use photoshop. Just select the crop tool and do an square shape and then crop it. Was wondering if there are any tricks out there to make a thumb look better, by enhancing it somehow.

You can automate the process in photoshop, select a folder of images, and automate.

This is how I keep cropped images looking good. When you select your crop tool notice there are boxes at the top asking "Width" and "Height". If you are making thumbs that are say 150X200 the enter that info into those boxes. Crop your photo where you want it and then go up to >> Image >> Image size and hahahahahaha it. It will keep everything in proportion and give you the correct sized thumb.
