If you mean free and have ssh access give awg trade or arrowtrade a try they're C based, not php.

I don't like free scripts because they skim your traffic...fuck that..pay a few bucks and get Traffic Manager 3

awg doesnt take traffic, they force feed ya advertisments in the admin.

Go with AWG Trade. They don't take any of your traffic. But they do have advertisments in the admin. Nothing annoying, just a banner and some text.
