They had some kind of issue with one of their employees and all of the partner account information built up in the first series was lost. I ended up having to submit galleries on my vacation.

If any of the $5 guys can find my info I would be really grateful.

About 2 minutes after this post I got an ICQ and this was all worked out. I hope to be doing some submitting through them in the near future once more.
