                                                  He sued me in a county court room for 2 million dollars when I was 7 states away.

                                                  He put my address as Dallas County TX on the Subpeano. I am not in Dallas County jurisdiction. That is why Randy has never gotten anything and never will, his judgement was ruled void by the same judge that served it. Ive told you HUNDREDS of times to call and ask Randy yourself, but you never do, because you know Im right, you just dont want to admit it.

                                                                                                                  and it is highly unlikely that any judge will accept a privately made tape as evidence in any event since either party could doctor or change it.

The fact is it is legal here to record phone conversations without giving knowledge to the calling party.

                                                                                                                                      They are acceptable in court as phone records will match that he did in fact call my house and will give an exact time of how long he was on the phone with me, itll be fun when the recording matches exactly.
