lolitafix.com => teenfuns.com

Just came across these two sites and the owners of these sites are obviously the same. I was under the impression that using a "lolita" domain to point to a ccbill registered website is not allowed. Has this policy changed? Anyone from ccbill here that can shed some light on this issue ?

I'm not with CCBILL. But worked for a competitor. I would guess that this one slipped under the radar for a while. That is, until now

I always thought that this would be monitored very closely. Don't understand totally what's the deal behind forbidden words is, but somehow it makes me wonder if that's ok or not.
