Personally, I looked at the pics and picked the ones that I liked under the guidelines.

I voted on the overall creativity of the image as a whole, and the visual idea the person tried to imply through the image. A good picture does not always need tons of props or sets. Just because someone spent tons of time building something to shoot, does not mean the idea or the photo is creative - this was not an arts and crafts contest, but a photo contest. Nudity was not an issue for my selections, because again, I looked at the overall image, and whether nudity worked with the image or not. There were many entries that showed some skin and were creative shots.
