Gooood morning GFY

It is 12:47 AM PST. I am finished with my work tonight/morning. As some of you may be aware I suffer with severe pain 24/7 because of a back injury. I usually self medicate with alcohol (which does not kill the pain but it does help to take my mind off of it)...but yesterday I had to use Morphine (I have a standing prescription for Vicodin and Morphine to be used at my descretion) as I helped my brother yesterday. He is remodeling my patio and landscaping my back yard and I had to pass plywood up to him for the new roof on the patio. I am not supposed to lift anything...nada...and I am supposed to be careful of my movement...as I can become paralyzed and lose the use of my legs. Well lesson learned...if he needs anymore help I will hire him a helper. Anyhow the pain is now pretty much back to normal levels so I am now drinking cold Buds...so everyone.

Sucks getting old.. I turn 29 next month.. and it's already starting. Went rollerblading the other day and about died because I didnt stretch beforehand.. something I NEVER used to have to do.. stuff like that.
