FLORIDA RESIDENTS: Help a to-be-Flordian out...
For all you people who live in Florida, I have some questions for you. I will be moving there the first of November, but I have some questions...
1. How much is fuel per gallon? 2. What is the safest area in Orlando to live? 3. What is the sales tax rate on goods? (i think 6%) 4. What's the average temperature in summer, winter, fall, spring. That's pretty much it...I know there are some dumb questiosn in that, but I'm curious to know ;). Thanks! |

1. Who cares? Does this really effect your life in any major way? It is a cost of living. $1.80 a gallon. If you buy 20 gallons a week, and it was 1$, you would save a whopping $16. 2. Safe is a state of mind. I find living in fear to be a waste of life. Your odds of being killed are minimal. Try Kissimmee 3, Again, who cares. This is a cost of living. There are NO income taxes in this state, so unless you are buying a new Ferrari every week, what does sales tax effect? If you spend $300 a week on items, you pay $18 in sales tax. 4. Average temperature. Spring - Hot Summer - Really Fucking Hot Fall - Hot Winter - Damn Cold (50 degrees and higher) Florida is a great state, but you are asking all of the wrong questions. -dd |

1. east coast of FL from vero to Palm coast is around $1.77 to $1.85 for regular.
2. Duno never lived in Orlando 3. 6 or 7% depends where you live 4. temp really depends on where you live in FL, but a lot of people say it doesn't get cold in FL.. we'll I will tell you it dose.. 30 degrees here feels a shit load cooler than 30 degrees up north.. down here the air is wet and 30 degrees is enough to shrink your Willy. But the good news is even though the temp can drop pretty low, it doesn't stay that way very long.. The heat dose suck though.. hope you don't plan on working outside much in the middle of summer.

$1.80's on average. 2. What is the safest area in Orlando to live? Some nice areas around Orlando include Oviedo & Winter Park. 3. What is the sales tax rate on goods? (i think 6%) ya, i think so. 4. What's the average temperature in summer, winter, fall, spring. In the Orlando area, summer is in the 90's usually, winter on average in the 60's. Other seasons are in between. |
