I gave up promoting the fight against Acacia. got tired of banging my head against a brick wall and listening to people say "I would love to support Acacia but don't have the money. See you in Vegas"

A speaker at one of the Amsterdam seminars said "Ignore Acacia letters, they will run out of money"

Idiot, this did not go down well with Marc at Matrix, who seems a nice guy.

Acacia are being funded by the very industry they are screwing.

We've met....and I've read a few of your post on this! I don't really understand why more people aren't as passionate about this fight! It's for all of us. And when we are all fucked....everyone will say, Why didn't they fight it??? It's bullshit!

This fight is costing money for the people still fighting!

OK.....WTF! None of the sponsors still fighting have posted. This board drives me nuts sometimes. So many posts about total bullshit......but, when it's a thread that effects us all it gets buried with bullshit. Charly.....I'm starting to understand! Lori

If you want to know more about this read up at FIGHT THE PATENT

Run by Brandon another guy who gave up trying to get these guys to defend themselves.

Thing is, not all of us will be fucked if Acacia win. I will have a server in Czech, process in Czech and then Acacia will have to come and get me there.

Hang on, they have not bothered anyone outside the US, they decided to go after another industry in the US instead.

Hi All,

First let me say the following post reflects my opinions and views I am not speaking on behalf of any group or people other than my self Spike

Found this thread because the search was working again. I can?t encourage and emphasize enough that we must all support the defense group. The cost of litigation is expensive to say the least. Further Acacia has filed papers to make our industry a class group in defensive class action. This would amount to anyone with anything doing with 2257 would be represented by one company, if people think ignoring this will cause the whole thing to go away they are wrong. And worse yet if the industry ignores this and the people who are fighting it we will all be destine to fail.

Regarding other questions feel free to call me. I am never unavailable to someone with a question or comment. 949-716-8080.

Finally group members tend to not post on the boards because Acacia has used it against us in court. I try to keep tabs on what?s going on but its like trying to dam the ocean. If you are ever in need of answers either Brandon at Fight the Patent is a good person to ask or call me I?m always available.

Homegrown is definitely still in the fight.

If anyone feels like supporting Homegrown directly, then getting some content from homegrown content would be best.

Supporting any of the other defendants sponsor programs or content products goes a long way to helping all of us fuel the fight plus you get something out of it too.
