Everything is almost 100% automated and we are working on even more improvements. Some of the improvements: Detailed order form: The form is to ensure less confusion in the gallery building process. Just about any and every question concerning your needs is asked on the order form so important details are not missed in emails or icq conversations. Client admin area: Each client is given his/her own admin area where they can view the status of their order. You can also approve/decline galleries from the admin area as well as leave detailed descriptions for whatever changes need to be made. Auto Zip: Once galleries are approved, and depending upon the client's current status with us galleries can be made available for download immediately. There's so much more going on in the back end just for me and my crew it's amazing. I will be able to save over 40 hours a month alone due to Marc's amazing work. There is more coming, things are slated to be added to make everyone's life easier, but most importantly yours. |
