buying domains ?
im new at this so alittle help would be appreciated.if you buy a domain for say $30 ,then what happens after that ?do you own the name or a whole website?then how do you make money of that ?also how do you make money per hit?thanks sorry if my questions sound stupid

i was on here awhile ago and had to do a recovery on my puter,so i lost my login info and signed in again .right now i do work on webcam sites
