Probably just luck. If he knew what he was doing the police couldn't have casually rolled up behind him and bumped his car into a spin. Even if it was a v6 camaro he should have gotten over 100 mph.... (or a honda civic..)

Anyone got a direct link to the video? The site's wasn't working for me...just got a frame every 10 seconds or so, even though I've got a fast connection.
