Income % Split on Girls Web Site

I would produce the content, and I am meeting a guy tomorrow to talk about doing the webmaster stuff.

What should I be thinking about how the income will be split.

I am expecting the model to do a shoot once a week, and to maintain a section on a message baord.

My thinking is that they are much more likely to promote the site if they get a %.

And promotion is the key to my plans.
