Can a Photoshopper do me a favor please?

I wanted the background on this photo to be made pure white.



Can anyone do this quick little favor for me? I don't have any tits to flash you for your work but I'd appreciate it.

And if you REALLY want to be a perfectionist, I'd like the face darkened a little more...preferably pitch black with the lips reddened brightly and the teeth white as snow
