I will bake som bread today.
Have not done this in years but though it would be fun to try  Anyone baking bread now and then?

I have a bread machine. Use it pretty regularaly too. I just dump the ingerdients into the machine before going to bed and I wake up to the smell of a fresh loaf.

i love it, i have a bread machine but when i have time i like doing it all by hand, i love making pizza dough and kick arse pizzas too.
Theres one thing i havent been able to master yet though and thats bagels, i can never get them to turn out just right  Sun dried tomoto bread has to be one of my favourites though |

I bake bread in my bread machine about once a week...I LOVE it, make Hawaiin Sweet Bread, Sourdough , Cinnamon Bread ...Yummy
