im not quite near the food bank yet ;) but i never could understand the huge hype over selling gallery spots. We sell them for sure, but it doesnt bring in any more cash than if i listed our own galleries there.

what we try to do is to to get more revenue out of the rest of the gallery links, by selling submit passes or gold plus upgrades, so that the poor webmasters galleries arent buried too deep.

If he is honest. It's not going to be difficult to help me out for that gallery spot.

If I am successful, can you imagine how positive this will be for his gallery spots?

I'm sure he has nothing to hide.

There is a BIG difference between being honest and giving out the knowledge that he has built over the life of his site. He knows his traffic and what they want.... why should he tell you that.

I know what converts best with my sites because I take the time to look at the conversion ratios and the ctr's of the ads Im running. Trial and error to find the sponsors that work best takes time... I wouldn't hand that info over to you either.

I've had 300-400k goto 1 gallery, to one sponsor, in my peak of last summer ( go figure, summer! ) and made 5-6 sales a day off that one gallery. No paid spots.


I understand the quality of the site you're listed on counts, but 100+ full sales? come on man. I'm not ready to fly a bullshit flag, but I'm going to say I have my doubts on this one. :)

i had that from LOW sleazydream listings. 7-9 spot. doesn't happen with every gallery but a new hot program has done that many times.

The reality is though, it's not only entirely possible, but there are those who do it with regularity. I highly doubt that Ccbill reps would be in here lying about it just to kiss Sleazy's ass. Are you saying you have doubts about corvett's credibility too? :) The power of truly good and productive traffic is amazing when you have a gallery/sponsor combination that your traffic stream sells.

He is one of the top, if not the top, AFF affiliate. Who knows if a hundred a day, but being in the top on a huge program like that is better nice, IMO.

Ahhh I love threads like these, I really do. It makes me really happy to know that I never touched a TGP, never really wanted to, and probably never will. Not to be rude or anything, but you guys make 100 signups a day seem like something nearly impossible. I think spammers pull in more than 100 signups per day. Cmon Gallery boys and girls, you have thousands of freeloaders hitting your pages every damn day, why the hell can't you convert them?

Personally, I would love to see all of the TGP's go bust. Seriously, it would make me laugh really hard..

sextracker is a single page counter - impossible to do that with their single page counter - the one that i currently use and have used for 4 years. Hypercount is a site (url) counter, i used to also have that counter on my main page and my galleries 2-3 years ago, and when i did i showed more traffic then the hun. Sextracker also has a site url counter, i don't use it. Sites like sublime use it cause their traffic spread out across the site more than concentrated on one page.
