depends on what you think is "best" looking.

for no flab hard bodied girls with beautiful skin, beautiful lips, beautiful nipples, beautiful hair, thai chicks are about number 1, with filipina a close 2nd.

and without a doubt, on a per capita basis thai women are the world's most beautiful.

go to any shopping mall in Kansas and look for women 20-25 that are pretty enough to fuck---it will be in the 1-2% range.
