its a dialler type installer , that according to them installs only software that records anon user stats , u install the code on ur pages when someone presses yes they never see it again if they press no they keep seeing it until they press yes ..
its adware.spyware.spamware from what i saw when i ran a test on it , i refused four diff people who icq'd me saying **want to talk some business** i wouldnt install this on my sites as its invasive and i want to keep my site clean , keep people coming back
