Put camera on tripod, set shutter speed to 15 seconds, set apature to f-22, use manual flash, click shutter, hit flash, move camera to the left on swivel. Easy.

Actually... the camera never moved. The shutter speed was just long (5 to 10 seconds) and the appature was almost all the way closed.

Roughly a one second exposure and it was taken with my Casio Exilim using the night Scene Portrait mode.

I was showing Paul-C how to take a pic at night and actually get things to show up in the backround as well as the foreground.
