I would have kept American and UN forces in Somalia after the battle for Mogadishu.

This was the defining moment for Usama bin Laden that given enough death and destruction, the U.S. would pull its forces and leave a country like a dog with its tail in between its legs.

Its anyones guess if we would have had 9/11 if we had stuck around and duked a few more rounds with Mohamed Farrah Aidid and al Qaeda.
