Domain Jacking - What can I do?
I'm working for a client, Arminox.com
I was checking out domains, and saw that www.arminox.net was taken by a competitor i nthe same industry, with a totally different name. what was the last word on this? are they able to sue // take away the domain, or is it still first in best dressed. Arminox is a registered trade mark. Any ideas? |

i don't think the competitor can make money off the domain name if its the same product. like i dont think they can foward traffic to their own site and sell somone something off of it. but i think they can still park it.
