I'll save everyone a ton of money --> L-Arginine with a little Saw Palmetto. I'd say about 2000mg of the L-A a day, and in about a week your load volume will dramatically increase.

I mean the entire shoot. Seems like there was no tripod used, the cam is bobbing around and the sound sounds distant, too.

it looks as if it was encoded from an already encoded source... try changing the interlace function to something like a blend instead, might increase the quality bro...
