then lightly fry em up,

It's a three step thing that works really nice. As you get to the lower nicotine you get used to each step after a few days and you're not being deprived of smoking, just the addiction. After a while when you realize they don't do anything for you it starts to become less worth going outside and wasting time to smoke one....

I wish I could sell these things. Just came out last february.
