if it is yours only, then maybe a suggestion of getting rid of the hotel looking phones, and tissue boxes in the bathroom would make the place a little more home like IMHO:2 cents:

yes, it's mine 100%, no mortgage. tissue boxes, etc in the bathrooms are replaced every week (weekly housekeeping is included). the phones will be replaced :)

we rented two new condos in Niclaus North... that too were fully furnished.. the one I stayed in was for sale for $2.1Mill.. 4 bd 4.5bath... mad prices in that area...

I did see some condos listed at the westin for $199-250k.. but no pics... have you ever seen them? with the olympics coming any property in the village will be a hot commodity...

yep, I know Nicklaus North. and as you get closer to the lifts, the prices go up. this place ended up costing me a little over 1 Mill. the new Westin properties - i've heard some info on that project, but nothing concrete. i believe Westin is not going to be phase one covenant (could be wrong though) which would mean you would have to rent the place out 47 weeks out of the year.

My kid sister lives in Squish and was telling me that the development going on there is crazy. In Squish the prices have gone up over 100k in the last year. As the Olympics get closer your condo will probably double.
