I have a filter system at home -- pain in the ass to clean etc.. at work we have water towers that get 'magically' refilled every few days.. much better :-)

when you turn on the tap and after all the brown shit comes out.. and it settles down to a milky white color with a bad odur you tend to perfer fresh filtered stuff that is chemically controlled -- you have a better idea of what you're ingesting -- the way we pollute the atmosphere and expect water to be fresh as it once was is living in a fantasy world. :-) the pipes and systems we use to move water into our homes often ends up leaving us with trace elements of dangerous chemicals.. i always filter that shit now atleast before drinking..

I've got a Brita water filter. It's pretty good. You can taste the difference. I'd recommend it for sure.

You do know that 99% of bottled "spring" water is just filtered tap water right?
