Remember it is mind over matter.
But the toughest part about quiting is getting sick when you quit. Your white blood cell count will go down and this is why most people get sick when they quit. So you are edgy and sick....it sucks...but if you make it past it, then you are home free. I honestly believe if you want to truely quit, you can..but most don't want to 100% truely quit when they try.
