First off, $20/meg is CRAP bandwidth... WCG, HE, Yipes (MAYBE)

Not even cogent will go down that low unless you have multi gig commit...
(BY THE WAY, COGENT IS NOT BAD BANDWIDTH)

HE will do that on a gige commit, and WCG will probably as well since HE buys transit from WCG for $15/Mbps..

Either way, HE's specials are highly oversold and come with large restrictions - such as no cross connects etc, and are only available in certain DC's (IE: fremont)


Eitherway, its SHIT bandwidth and if you think its a problem competing with HE.net you obviously dont know much about the industry...

Dont worry about bandwidth costs, I can get low -- How about $30/mbps on Level3 on a gige?
