hey not givin ya shit Jen, but doesn't anyone actually go to their site and click on LIVE HELP?
I do it anytime I need something and its like 1-2-3. No clue why so many people come here in need of webair support when its actually easier to go to their site. edit - figured you were a client so maybe you werent aware of the live help, for what its worth |

already went to the live support.. first time i went there there was a waiting list of 6 people.. after waiting 5 mins it brings me to a forum to leave an email.. already did that before..
