Clickcash / ifriends
Is it still worth promoting them? What about alternatives like streamray? Is it possible to make adecent amount of money with the percentage program as a normal affiliate, or only useful for upsells from member areas?

Assuming they convert and pay, I wonder if it's better to take a flat fee per sign up with clickcash to have the cash in the hand, or to go for the percentage with a site like streamray. People say it takes time till that makes money, but what a time frame should be planned? 100 of the free sign ups there, 1000, or 10000?
