the heavily medicated amp.

i can't change the fact that I'm bipolar, i will be for the rest of my natural fuckin' life whether I want to or not. Nor can I change the past, but at least I'm doing something about it and seeing my shrink on a regular basis so that I can try to control it and life can go on and we can all move forward,.... rather than spew continuous hate and then claim innocence and no-foul by making a follow up with "i don't actually believe what I'm saying".

Whether someone "believes it" themselves or not, it's still hateful and it affects people. No good ever comes from that type of shit. You wouldn't hold a Klan meeting in Central Park and then claim "I don't actually believe what I'm doing... I'm not really like that."

that shit would fly about as far as a brick.

You are a good and smart man to acknowledge your health concerns and work to correct them . Very few men will admit to their issues and try to resolve them.

(I am thinking of my hub and his years of not being diagnosed for a tumor and being too chicken to pursue his symptoms )

Good luck to you. I've know a couple of heavily bi-polar people and it's a tough thing to live with.
