I just got this one.
Customer: "Hi, im ****'s friend. He says you do websites." Me: "Yessir" Customer: "How much for a website". Me: "Depends on what you need." Customer: "Kind of hard to explain. Something Nice." ................ GAH!

Well its your job to listen to your customer, analyze it for yourself and then give them choices.
