Alcohol is being advertised more often on U.S. television and more teen-agers and children are seeing it, U.S. researchers said on Wednesday.
The number of alcohol ads on network, local and cable television in the United States increased to 289,381 in 2002, up 39 percent from 2001, the team at the Center on Alcohol Marketing and Youth at Georgetown University in Washington found.

They found that spending on such ads grew by 22 percent to more than $990 million in 2002.

Here in California, it has been decriminalized.

In my county, the cops don't care if you have pot and they sure as hell don't care if you act like a mad man when it is stolen and walk around other people's property with a loaded gun.

Hell, you can even call the cops and tell them someone stole it.
