A huge disproportionate number of Nobel Laureates are Jews.

If you analyze the number of Jews in any "white" entering class at Harvard/Yale/Stanford, they disproportionately outnumber their 'white peers'

Indeed, the three intellectual giants that continue to shape our world: Freud, Marx, Einstein are all Jews (or recent Jewish extractions--in the case of Marx or recent atheists as in Freud).

These accomplishments are even more startling and admirable given that they occurred in the face of CENTURIES of white christian discrimination, pogroms, expulsions, and attempted genocides.

What gives? A culture of achievement? Or is there something within the intellectually rigorous regimen of Judaism that primes its adherents for intellectual greatness?

There are giants that are non-Jews obviously like John Locke, Newton, and Darwin but when you break down intellectual achievement by ethnicity, Jews disproportionately REPRESENT.

I believe it has something to do with a "culture of achivement" borne by years of discrimination. Hence you have "middleman" culture that prides skills that focus not so much on fixed or land-based occupations but highly "transportable" occupations--doctors, lawyers, merchants, etc.

Of course, this is a generalization but the proportion was high enough to color/shape the general ethnic mentality and ability to achieve.

I think it's an upbringing that's come down from generations. You look at every Jewish family and the kids are in: Piano leasons, hebrew school, others languages. Kids are taught business at an early age. Non-Jewish families can do the same thing and get the same result.
