i keep seeing ads for bulk email like $40 gets my ad sent to so many million opt in addresses has anyone ever used them and are they any good i put them down as being a con but some people say they can work whats your ?

i wouldnt trust it... if they cant find a product to promote for themselves worth mailing, then their lists suck.

I didn't use them, but I can fucken garantee you that this is bullshit. Aint no way you can get a list with 5mln emails that are opt in. I double fucking bet that 90% of this list is old and crappy foreign emails, such as myself.
