for me, when i eat low carbs i feel great, when i eat alot carbs im tired and get hungry faster.

George Stella (a gourmet chef who lost 200 lbs in 18 months by low carbing), has a cooking show on Food Network called "Low Carb & Lovin' It!", and each week he lists his recipes (on their website) of previous and upcoming shows.

My hubby & I have tried quite a few of his recipes and they're all delicious, but our favorite by far is the low carb pizza recipe. It's really quick and easy to make too!

My favorite low carb food is probably cheese burgers on my foreman grill... although now atkins is trying to change their image from cheese burgers to lettuce wraps.

I like to have Earth Grains Honey Wheat Bagels with a tsp of low sodium peanut butter on it and warm it a little in the microwave. It's actually really good. When you first try the peanut butter you'll think it tastes different but after you eat it two or three times and try to go back and eat regular peanut butter you won't be able to stand regular peanut butter because it's so salty.
