Stats appear to be down, the signup form appears to be up but extreeeeeeemly slow. Probably won't notice a change in sales with their scrubbing anyhow

jact, if you are interested in getting an understanding of how the scrubbing works, icq me and i can go over it a bit with you...i am quite familiar with it and I have found that the people that intelligently understand the process normally have less criticism of it and are more supportive of the reasons behind each decline. There is a full audit trail for every transaction and we can go over the detailed reason for any declines.

As you frequently point out our scrubbing techniques, I am curious to see if you would like to learn more, or if your interest wanes?.

Corvette, in the interest of all that would be considering CCBill
as a processor, could you kinda take the time to start a thread
with the scrubbing process flow details.

I have looked serveral times on the CCBill site and can not find
a detailed explaination. Just the standard, we're in control, we
know best, trust us.

As I understand it from main stream gateway processing, there
can be upto 200 logic decisions involved. What does CCBill
consider and disregard in it's idea of scrubbing?

I know how your scrubbing works first hand, remember, we ran a test of 15 people that you scrubbed for apparently no reason. We've already discussed this.

If there was any reason behind it, we wouldn't go from 1:110 days to 1:4500 days, you'd be steady and constant.
