yup here in Indiana join pages, and affiliate area are up and hits are being counted again so I'm not worried if the main ccbill page is down

I thought the point was that their whole network was down. they should have back ups for redundancy so this doesn?t happen. they shouldn't have any single point failures, a diffrent server should be able to take the place of the downed server

Maybe they do? I mean even when it's redundant it can take while before the network is changed to the new location

no one should have a single processor, no matter how good they are.

scrub levels vary, networks go down, systems just don't work sometimes.

it is my understanding that this has been handled and by looking at our stats, our transaction processing levels have been stable for a while

I can chime in here and add that transaction servers have zero to do with whether or not stats servers are up and running, the system has never been setup that way.
