Exactly. Perhaps ****** has a bit too much history to it? But considering the fact that they call themselves nigga's it seems suitable. But in all honesty, White trash, redneck, trailer trash, hick, etc are all words used to describe uneducated people who are White (I don't know if trailer trash is exclusively White in America though). Yet no real word/s exist for Blacks that are so accepted in the mainstream. Why is that?

Well, I cant answer for others about why it would bother them, because if i did, someone would say I was being racist, no matter what my answer would be - simply because I'm white.

Really, "******" isn't a term that was coined to refer to only black people, the word means "ignorant," it has just been used as a derogatory term for black people more often than not. White people, asian people, eskimos, whatever race, can just as easily be a ****** as a black person can.
