For the record, I had all 4 of mine cut out on the same day (they weren't growing upwards, but diagonally towards my other back teeth) and I opted to be knocked out. Besides some minor pain for a few days and looking like a chipmunk, lol, there were no problems. Try not to psych yourself out over something that may end up not being so bad.
