Any comments about it...
i need my vaio to be fixed by them the keyboard is acting strange lately... i fear i won't see my laptop in weeks and pay 1000 bucks in the end lol any feedack appreciated thanks |

sony support SUCKS. all their support lines go straight to india. i dont have a problem with indians but its such a fucking pain in the ass.. all their responses are scripted, its just fucking bullshit.. just call and you'll see. they'll ask you a million questions, fishing to get a response that will indicate you broke it yourself. i had a problem with my vaio, ended up ordering the parts and fixing it myself. but im sure as hell never buying anything expensive from sony again.
